Latest: Saudi Arabia’s sovereign wealth fund will acquire a 10% stake in London Heathrow Airport
The deal: Infrastructure group Ferrovial is selling its 25% share in LHR. Saudi PIF will acquire the 10%, & Ardian, one of Europe’s largest private equity firms, will take the 15%.
