They are looking at other temporary solutions to replace the existing temporary measures, no doubt so they can start charging again asap.
I can’t see it being in MSCP1 due to the shear amount of traffic that would need to enter the car park via its own temporary single lane entry point in the summer and the lack of ventilation due to low ceilings.
i am thinking they will convert a large part of of the mid term car park into a proper drop off area with traffic lights, lanes and pavements. At the moment it is a free for all with people stopping all over the place.
