There is no panel interview after the 1 on 1 interview. If you make it through the one on one interview they will send you for your medical and then contact your references.. That's it...
In the past I think Virgin sometmes called people back after there 1 on 1 for another short interview.. However, I believe this is no longer practice... One of the girls who recently got through went through the process like this
Monday: Group Interview + 1 on 1 interview in the afternoon
Wednesday: Contacted to attend a Medical
Friday: Had a Medical
Wednesday: Contacted an offered to start in 2 weeks.....
As you can see fast and efficient, no messing around.... If your interviewed is rescheduled it will be at the airport again...
