98% of JQ NZ pilots are in the union. Each time through negotiations there is wind of any form of tough negotiations, NZ crew get rostered 15 to 20 days off a month and the domestic flying gets filled up with EBA pilots just to show what actually would happen should we choose any form of industrial action.
