So why was the original contract signed in the first place? If you knew the conditions the Australians were on, and you would have, why was the contracted signed by you lot? You're actually blaming two pilots for your crap conditions?
The NZ pilot group has been steadily improving the contract over the years, however it has been really difficult to deal with the Qantas group IR beast. Every time we try and improve the company uses Aussie pilots to crew the flights. It is not just 2 pilots. There have been hundreds of pilots since Jetstar nz started, working the system to their advantage and to hell with the NZ pilot group. It’s fine for Aussies to take the jobs of any other pilot group but no one can ever set a foot near their jobs.
