Edit: just reached the bottom. “At the request of NTSC, one complainant who made 8,829 complaints in 2022, has been omitted from these data tables”. Who has the time?!
So between 2021 and 2022 complaints dropped with that person removed. Sounds like that person is complaining about every night movement. I'm afraid a singular person does not constitute any need to change any limits. It would be interesting to know how long that person has lived at their address, how many holidays abroad they take and how they get on with their neighbours generally.
