Think I have made 2 complaints in the last 10 years. Complete waste of time, as the nearest noise monitor is around 7km from me. Only legislation can control noise. In the case of Luton the operator won't impose limits and the Council knows the more noise that Luton produces the more money it gets, which by the way, I see none of, as I live in the wrong part of town.

Just remembered that the operator has had the noise limits raised after failing to control noise.
