Banning night flights would be a good start, which happens at many airports. If fares go up then who cares?

Which major Airports in UK ban night flights? LHR charges a big premium and there are restrictions but that affects millions.
Luton has just a handful of arrivals and is small compared with Stansted or Gatwick.
