In this configuration the QA must be approaching a T/W = 1, and it shows in the vertical 8 imo.
The amount of movement on the HStabs is interesting - its usually lower amplitude higher frequency on truly unstable aircraft, so I tend to agree that this might be more to do with re-attaching flow and keeping control surface power up.
I think the Singaporeans have internal AMRAAM bays in their CFTs (permanently attached?).
I don't think Singapore does since they would have had to pay the whole development cost themselves to add that unique capability to their SGs.
