I like the item in the Sky News story saying that a man was arrested on suspicion of causing criminal damage "as a precaution". I bet he loved that.
I thought he was caught inside the CP2 area, so what was he doing, trying to retrieve something from his own car or someone else's? Criminal damage would imply he was armed for the job.
Sure it will become known once case goes to courts.
