Airbus Neo's are definitely quieter than the Ceo's, but I personally think there's a bigger difference between Boeing's NG's and MAX's which are noticeably quieter. The QC rating's will tell you each of Airbus and Boeing's equivalents are the same, but my personal observation is MAX's are quieter than Neo's.
