That may be different now, I don't know.
Quite possibly the case, lots of SA guys in Dublin. A lot of the Brazilians I've flown with also had EU citizenship before coming to Europe via grandparents. If true it highlights how it's nearly impossible to get into the EU/UK for work for most of the world.
