Not directly affecting Luton but what happens if Farnborough don't get their way?

Already a squeeze on heavy Biz Jets as they have limits, gone are the days of seeing 5/6 BBJs/ACJs lined up, much to the pleasure of FBOs at STN.
Do the movements into Gulfstream & Falcon facilities eat into annual movement limits as well?
Perhaps Gulfstream should have left something at Luton, NetJets seem to be happy enough in part of the old MAEL facilities.
Who knows, if T2 gets turned down but pax cap at Luton allowed to say 22/23m with limited T1 upgrade, maybe FBO / Service Centers will come back in favour, I'm sure Harrods would love to move to something new further East.
Would free up more Cargo stand space and the proposed hangers at Prince Way.
