If so I would advise you to lawyer up and get as much of your money back as possible. Then, if you want to train for your PPL overseas you probably need to consider the US as you have used up your 90 day EU time. As other posters have said, avoid paying too much up front. If you get a US PPL you should be able to do some hours building there as well.
