Of course, it's not about the size. On average, and for most, working on a wide-body allows you to have a much better work life balance.

I should have added in my previous post that "for some groups of pilots, this is the only company."
Not everyone has the right to work in European companies.
For me personally, the situation is even worse, since there are very few companies that are willing to hire a pilot with a passport from one ****ty country that has been canceled in the developed world. So Emirates becomes almost the best company in these circumstances
