UPDATE Android 12, WhatsApp and Messenger Notifications Lost
I don't know what happened to my original question and the answers? Anyway, clearing the WhatsApp cache fixed the problem. Help was here https://www.imyfone.com/whatsapp/fix...ng-on-android/
