No, you are stuck in either one for the length of your career with jetstar, there is no pathway unless you resign currently.
The difference in pay and conditions is shocking, I am shocked at how we can fly the same planes, under the same AOC in the same conditions yet the difference in contact is massive... Stick to Australia, it's all I can suggest.
