The questions may be different but they will be drawn from the same syllabus.
Anyone relying on simply learning the Confuser's answers to specific questions by heart could find themselves in difficulty, but if you have a reasonable knowledge of the subject you should be fine.
I used the Confuser, not just for testing myself but because I think its explanations are generally pretty good and in any case it's often helpful to have the same thing explained in a different way. The Confuser will still be good for that even if it doesn't have verbatim versions of the exam questions.
