My manager was even told of a ground school start date for me. My last hurdle was the reach test. When I went to do it I was told I needed to reach 212 cms with both arms at the same time. that is really disappointing, especially how far in the process you had gotten. can i ask how long the progress had taken you until the unsuccessful from application? and how tall you are as well?
I only just reached the 212cm on my assessment day and I am 154cm
