There is definitely scope for additional passenger numbers (and slots) provided they are at "off peak" times. The quietest period seems to be between about 9am and 11am, just after the non-based Wizzair wave has departed back to Eastern Europe and before most of the first wave based departures arrive back. Over the summer there were typically only around 12 movements during that 2 hour window.
