Once got diverted on Tankers into Lossie - I think Kinloss was closed and Marham clampers. We went in the bar and this Naval chap said 'What are you having?' We ordered five pints but the barman said what are your bar numbers ? We thought that the Naval chap was buying but the barman explained there was no 'treating'. After a few pints the bar got very warm and we asked the same naval chap if he'd open a porthole. He said that on this ship they were 'windows' !
