Especially starting out, for a couple of years you don't get company bonus anyway (3% highline v 6% non highline). So you are better off on highline financially. FOs in Sydney and Melbourne are crazy busy at the moment anyway so couldn't tell you the last time I had an available day. But if you get one you'll be working every single one. ( and standbys). Personally I think you'd be crazy not to be on highline unless you are a commuter and prefer the roster stability.
