You should at least interview both before rejecting the more highly qualified. I also don't understand why they ask about gender, religion or race, none of that should matter if selection is to be purely objective. Because a CV was also uploaded as well as there being a question to take into consideration. Maybe he didn’t pass all the tests, or others got a higher grade? If his CV comes across in the way he spoke on here with a sense of entitlement then BA will see right through that.
Those questions are asked but not taken into account in selection. Otherwise it would be illegal.
