East, so agree with you. Movements don't equate to big jets only.
You would be amazed at the number of people at TC who all agree that the LARS service provided by LF and other LARS units should be considered in the grading debarcle. Also, as has been discussed on other threads (and this isn't throwing sh*t at anybody, so calm down now), LL etc has the luxury of dealing with high hour drivers in Class A airspace, where you guys provide an essential service to low hours guys, and no doubt have helped out many "recreational" pilots who weren't 100% sure of everything going on.
