I'm looking for some help in finding the exact IR-OPS requirements for Helicopter Flight Data Monitoring (HFDM), Usage Monitoring Systems (UMS), and Helicopter Operation Monitoring Programs (HOMP). I see this system is "compliant" with them, but I'd like to understand what are the requirements/regulations that it's meeting:
