So, in the last 2 weeks (in fact its been a long road to get here, but only has it been acknowledged in the last 2 weeks) Qantas' management have exposed the company to potentially in excess of 1B dollars in fines and compensation, and that doesn't even begin the put a figure on the cost of the brand damage.
