Peter Goodhew was stationed at Charleville in the early 1990's as an RFDS pilot, flying C90's. I first met him when he worked for RQAC in the 1980's.
We formed an aero club here at Charleville in the early 1990's. Peter and his wife Jan both did some instructing during their time here in Charleville.
I have a couple of lines in my Logbook, with Peter as instructor.
He was a very nice bloke and a good instructor.
Many a beer was consumed as he he would regale the assembled aero club members, with tales from his flying life.
Equally, some of us have a few good stories to tell about Peter, as well .

Peter: "Listen here, dear boy".....usually when you had done something wrong.

Myself, Peter Goodhew and Lisa Hamilton(Instructor) Circa 1992. Aircraft is VH-IVS Cessna 172.
