...About spending time with the crew on layovers. Of course things have changed. Back then we had no social media or smartphones and everybody used to do stuff together, full crew. Yes things have changed but it doesn't mean that in the nicer layovers you won't find at least 3 or 4 colleagues willing to join you to go out. If that's not happening to you I'm sorry.
What a remarkably efficient recruitment and joining programme EK have.
From anxiously waiting for the results of a remote, online initial assessment in the 3rd week of July to enjoying the nicer layovers with 3 or 4 colleagues by the 2nd week of September. All in less than 8 weeks.
