Often it is much more simple than this. Take Air Hamburg as an example.
Through myID system they provide you with login credentials to their online list of ferry flights which is regularly updated and from there you simply book yourself on that flight.

However I personally see non-reving on bizjet ferry flights more as a once in a while oustanding experience than as somehow a reliable way of traveling.
You never know if the ferry flight will still be a ferry flight tomorrow or not.
