Yeah, I'm seeing commands come down in time massively. I am Sydney based and think it'll take me about 4-5 years total since start date. There are bulk SOs that won't meet the minimums, so those above them should be able to skip them and move 10s of slots up the pecking order.
It's going to be interesting once they open WSI, as they're talking about it being additional aircraft and crew, so that should lead to some movement - assuming they can physically get people through the door and in to the company!
