Question UK Citizen with FAA PPL. Need help/advice with next step.

Hi everyone, I’m 38 pushing 39 years old British citizen with the right to work in the Philippines and Japan. Chose to get my PPL at a US Flight School that allowed international students. Partly due to money and at the time, I was only thinking of being a general aviation "hobby" pilot when on holidays to the US.

However, I have found (hopefully not too late) that I have a passion for flying and would like to pursue a career in aviation.

My question is, do I …

A. continue my aviation studies here in the US to Instrument, maybe even Commercial, and then look at applying for pilot work in the aforementioned countries where I’m legal to work. I’m sure I would have to convert my FAA certifications to theirs.

B. possibly find a job in the US if I can somehow get sponsored for a visa or get a green card? (Currently seems very unlikely, difficult to do.)

C. look at converting my FAA PPL to one of the aforementioned countries' aviation authority licenses and continue my training there. Instrument, Commercial, etc.

Any advice is appreciated.

Thanks.
