Heard it at Lossie on my first tour I think. Was around the same time the Leckies got the dog botheration nick name. Sooties, Fairies for the various aircraft electronic trades that ended up as avionics in the late 80s and of course includes the dog botherers now. What do the Mechanical and leckies/fairies call themselves nowadays? Can us old boys be enlightened or is it best left in house? Of course all technical trade on aircraft now are split brains in trade boundaries.
