Does that mean that you already know this accident's cause? Can the mishap investigators go home now?
I am aware of the VRS issues with Osprey, and the test flying done after the crash in Arizona to get a better grip on it.
VRS is also an issue for helicopters.

There was one in the Western part of Africa (USMC) where the pilot tried to fly it like a Phrog and made a meal of it. Class A. This mishap was much discussed on this forum (and elsewhere) that you have to fly it like a tilt rotor, not a helicopter.
How does that inform your unimpressive analysis?
