Flight hours per month?
Average pay for an FO?
How long the training process is running atm?

Thanks in advance!
1. Plenty (300-600 depending on base).
2. Peanuts, maybe a little harsh. Pocket change! (dollar value - probably $45K once they take the training fees out that you are paying back)
3. Supposed to be about a year and a bit but things often run way over due to staffing. They often have instructors leave because they treat them like sh*t. I have heard from a few instructor applicants who spent a fair bit of money to travel and attend interviews for AAPA. They were never even told they were unsuccessful, no "Dear John" email, nothing. Pathetic organisation and this runs from the ground up. If you are 'lucky' enough to get in, grow a thick skin and keep your head down. You will be working for not much pay but I guess a Saab 340 isn't a bad machine to fly for $45K vs a C210 for even less pay...

4. Sorry for the late reply but you're welcome!
