LTNman - there is nothing special about Luton or Wizzair in this situation. Whenever you have multiple companies supplying a service (aircraft handling at LTN), only one or two main companies (U2 and W6) purchasing the service, and the service involving relatively unskilled manual labour... then this is what happens. It seems the workforce and union are adapting to this setup in the way things normally resolve in a capitalist society. Just stand back, don't worry... and let the major players fight it out amongst themselves... they all know there is a need to do a deal.
