Thank you LTNman for responding to my question. With 90 percent of respondents against Luton Airport Expansion I will accept that Luton Airport can not expand. However of the millions that had the opportunity to pass their vote what was the actual total that was against expansion and those who had the opportunity to say either way but did not bother because they have no interest in the consultation. Are we looking at hundreds or thousands or millions of people who had the opportunity to give their voice.
