So you are all for a balanced approach with legally binding pre-requisites as long as 32m is approved. So what happens if a 32m Luton is reached? Will you be saying no more expansion or would you want those pre-requisists dropped? No prizes for guessing how your mind works so they would have in fact no meaning, which is the Councils plan.
Will those legally binding pre-requisites for 32m mean that all those airlines would then move out if the next level of capacity was reached? Keep dreaming if anyone thinks airlines will move out over a 32m refusal. How many have moved out because of the existing 18m limit? How about none. How many airlines have moved out of Heathrow? None
As for the 22nd August date for the 19m decision. Sorry guys, the government wants more time so no decision in August.
