Apologies ATG, we may be speaking a different language. The Sky report talks about 3 males going for Pilot, not J1 (admin) roles. If true, then my previous point stands. If I’ve got the wrong end of the stick, pse let me know.
I did laugh at the resilience, or lack of, from the potential Protector Pilot who got his mummy to complain. Perhaps this is the reason the policy was implemented, white males don’t cut it any more 😉
