Latest update:
They had a bird strike with their rented multi engine aircraft and the airplane has suffered severe damage. Due to this the flight school which previously rented the multi engine aircraft to BAA has cut ties with them and therefore the students who are currently in the multi engine phases or are waiting for their final CPL exam are stuck and will have to wait for a very for an eternity due to the fact the BAA trainings own fleet is grounded and has been grounded since last year and no one wants to do business with them. They have no other alternative.

It is indeed financially viable to take all training fees upfront and make the students sit on the ground without a single flight as you dont have to pay for fuel nor navigation fees.

Today they gathered all their unemployed alumni and tried to scam them through a teams meeting by providing them with an 'avion express job opportunity'. The terms: self sponsored 35 000 euros for type rating and base training all paid up front, before any interview or contract . Then an interview after type rating and should you pass the interview (which they will fail you on purpose) you pay lpc and the occ course all by yourself.
When questioned about the fact that no one from this program had got a job before , and the fact that most cadet programs run by BAA had failed like LOT etc. they became angry and started muting participants who asked questions during the meeting.

Wizz air went to Lleida for an audit at BAA back in 2022 summer to see if it was worth reopening the cadet program. Despite severely lacking pilots, they chose to keep out.

No company ever, which BAA has worked with previously has re-engaged partnerships with BAA.

If airlines do not choose BAA, why should individuals ?
