It would really help knowing which Operating System and which Browser Version you are running.
Just a stab in the dark, if you are running IE 6, go to
Tools >>
Internet Options >>
Privacy Tab >>
Edit Button.
Then add in
www.pprune.org and click the
Allow Button.
