Once you book your LTI and giving them your assessment day/time options it will take some days (for LTI it took 1 week until they scheduled me) to email you the instructions precisely what to do. Do not worry... make sure you have a phone plan as you will be calling to the USA $$$ and also have a laptop/computer with webcam and internet and in case you live in a place where you have bad reception take account for that as well.
