They're finally now using both runways continually. When the new runway opened last year they only used it
0800-1300 and then extended it to 1800 this year but looking at it on FR24 yesterday it was in fully continuous (28R for deps, 28L for arrs) until way past midnight.
What actually was the reason for it taking so long? Staffing issues post-COVID?
Is 28R landers and 28L departure the norm or will they switch? What's the SOP on Easterlies?
