Would it be incorrect to suggest that 20 years ago, with the UK in the EU single market and labour readily available from Eastern Europe finding additional staff at 'the right price' was far easier than in post Brexit Britain?
Offering the right wages and decent working conditions might make finding staff easier, and that goes for just about any UK airport.
