If I’m reading this right, the Jetstar staff were trying to protect the woman as they probably perceived a threat to her? The way they did that was by asking the man to take his assigned seat away from her. Things clearly escalated and the AFP were sought.
Hats off to the Jetstar CC in this scenario if that is true. They tried to protect a woman but were hung out to dry by the media, and some on here.
I always had a feeling something was awry here as I’ve seen CC, on all airlines, go to some lengths to ensure families can be seated together. Glad the truth has come out to put this sorry saga to rest.
