How to test annunciators and what do i need to shutdown to meet "Electr. Rquip. Off"?
I'm not sure I see the uncertainty here; before flight, you would like to have confidence that if needed, an annunciator will annunciate (the bulb is not burned out) - it's common there's a press to test function. As for electrical equipment off in a shut down check list, when you're shutting down, what electrical equipment would you not want coming on when the master is next turned on (and needlessly draining the battery before a start)? Most everything, other than maybe the flashing beacon, which some pilots prefect on with the master on the apron (fine if low draw LED, but older incandescent flashing beacons might draw 5 - 7 amps).
