And that still leaves the not trivial matters of financial reparations, and justice for the war crimes committed, both of which presumably Ukraine would insist on being addressed to its satisfaction.
The first part of your scenario, kicking the Russians out of Ukraine, is not beyond the bounds of possibility, though I can't see it happening this year.
The second part, reparations and bringing war criminals to justice, simply isn't going to happen, ever.
