Let me first point out that I am not Cabin Crew, nor have I ever been. I am however ex flight deck (rotory).
Instead of jumping all over a member of the crew for "poking" an obnoxious passenger how about praising all cabin crew for doing an extremely thankless job in extremely trying conditions.
In all my travels with airlines I ALWAYS treat the cabin crew with respect and politeness, even the rare "snotty" ones. Passengers do not have the God-given right to be disrespectful or abusive to cabin crewmembers.
