I am Boeing 737 TR and thinking about FZ. My friend told me from FZ that if I go to FZ now later on I cannot join EK because possible ban. Is that true or what kind of ban is this? Anybody with any experiences. Because he said that a lot of FZ guys shortlisted in EK but as a result of 'ban' they don't get called.
I am just thinking if I go FZ and want ti switch in future and if not possible, it is not nice ti stuck.

in fact in one of our chief pilot meetings, someone brought up this topic and it was denied by the managements saying that it’s never flydubai decision. taking in consideration individuals circumstances, and career preferences
