If the process takes place in Oslo it will most likely be with SAS themselves and not with CAE as was the case when Max did it. If that is the case, expect a straightforward interview, possibly performed over two days. It will be interviews on site with multiple staff and the sim will most likely be performed using a fixed base 737 (but I have heard others having a different piece of equipment). Some raw data and just general basics to see how you co-operate and work according to modern CRM principles.
