Yes, although Boeing uses 80 knots as the cut off. Above 80 knots and before V1, Boeing says the take-off should be rejected for any of the following:
  • fire or fire warning
  • engine failure
  • predictive windshear warning
  • if the aircraft is unsafe or unable to fly
